Suggest Cause For Tiredness With Stomach Ache

Hi sir I have some questions according to my health prospectus.I suffered from a deep suffocation tiredness now a days. My weight is 102 kg and height 6.2 feet.I am 30 years old. And I observe some symptoms related to my stomach etc etc I have some stress on my upper stomach area and feel heavy pressure every time like some one hold my stomach and pressed every time. I haven t more breathing power during walk or running. I can t understand what I can do.Please reply me as soon as possible m waiting for your response.

According to your complain you have problem of feeling increase pressure or tightness in stomach that may be because of gastroesophageal reflux disease....

H.pylori infection also cause this type of symptoms....
Gastritis also ruled out....
Gastroperesis in which delay emptying of stomach cause tightness feeling....

Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis..
Barium abdominal x ray helpful in diagnosis..
Abdominal ultra sonography can done if needed...
Detail history and physical examination give exact idea..
