Hello, Your symptoms suggest that you are having diabetic neuropathy and that's why your doctor is giving you GABAPANTINE which is a right drug. Diabetic neuropathy is in fact a difficult problem to treat and can take considerable time to settle. In addition make sure that your blood sugar level are meticulously controlled. In addition take injectable VIT B12 for 7-8 injections and also take VIT D in proper amount. Ask your doctor if DULOXETINE can be added to the present medications. Thanks
