Suggest Chances Of Pregnancy With Bulky Uterus & Kleisellspneumonia In Urine

iam 35 years old married for 7years i dont have kids i had multipul fibriods recenty ihad an sogury 6 months back past four months i have an urine infection two days back ihave done urine culture in that it mention kleisellspneumoniae and ultrasound it says bulky uterus with seeding fibroids do i get pregnet or not please suggest me.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion bulky uterus might be seen in pelvic inflammatory disease(PID) or an incidental finding.I suggest you to get check up done to rule out PCOD.Urine infection by klebsiella pneumoniae organism is routinely seen.Dont worry it will subside with a course of antibiotics.Dont worry you might get pregnancy as bulky uterus might not be a limiting factor.Drink plenty of fluids upto 2 to 3 litres ,coconut water and cranberry juice to prevent urinary infections.
