Suggest Cream For Small, Round Spots On Face And Upper Arms Of A 2 Year Old

My 2 year 9 months old baby has got several small round white spots on his face ad upper arms. We were told that it is pityriasis alba by pedatrician. However it is increasing its presence on face now. Also there is mild eczema on rest of body. What are the creams/medicines to cure this?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Pityriasis alba is usually associated with worm infestation. Worm infestation could also cause eczema.
Empirical treatment of Worm infestation helps in many cases.
Try single dose of Albendazole. Consult your Pediatrician if symptoms persist.
