Suggest Cure For A Stomach Infection Discharging Hard Substance

hi, im chloe and im 15 years old. i was walking around the house and i passed wind. It was rather big and loud, but then i checked my pants only to discover that i had 'pooped' myself. SO i went to the toilet to clean my self up but i dicovered it was not poo. it was actually a slug looking thing, but not a worm. Its rock hard and is about an inch long and 1cm wide. PLEASE HELP
