Hello,

An x-ray or the knee is advised.

As you had a fall and a direct impact on the patella bone it is advised to take an x-ray. Post which it fractures is found than immobilization is advised. But if not fracture then exercise will be advised.

Doing hot water fermentation, using knee cap, static hamstring, static Quadriceps, straight leg raise, and ankle toe movements will help improve the overall knee strength and functions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
