Suggest Cure For Persistent Constipation

I went to the doctor last week, with complaints of being constipated for a whole month. She told me to do an enema, and if that didn t work - drink magnesium citrate. The enema didn t work, so I drank the magnesium and have been pooping brown liquid on and off all day. Sometimes I ll get little poop shavings, but nothing more. What do I do?

Start Tab. Itopride thrice daily before meals for 2 weeks.
You will be fine. Also increase fiber in your diet.
