Suggest Cure For Severe Pain & Swelling In The Right Hand Caused By A Fall

Hi I fell down the stairs earlier today, now my right hand is in severe pain and is just a little swollen, my right elbow has a pretty big gash in it and is also throbbing, I am very sore when I walk (which I imagine is pretty normal), and the right side of my chest hurts when I twist and turn. I went and saw my chiropractor approximately 4-5 hours after this incident occurred. Any ideas on if I need to go to the regular doctor to get an x-ray or anything? Thanks.

Hi, Welcome to healhcaremagic, After going through your query I concluded that you got multiple injury particularly of your hand. You should rest and take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Icing will be helpful. You should go to regular doctor and get your x ray done to rule out fracture. I think I have answered your query. If you have any clarification please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be very happy to help you. Wishing you a good health. Take care.
