Suggest Cure For Sickness In Stomach Followed By Headaches

Hi umm for the past 3-4 days I have been feeling light headed, having a constant headache, neck and shoulder pain along with lower back and hip area. Also when I take deep breaths I cough, bright colors sometimes hurt my eyes and cause worse headaches. Also I get random sharp pains in my ribs and apendex area, even when i lay on my side my ribs hurt. I have diarreah, gas, bloating, and fatigue. What s wrong with me?

Hello,

It may be a flu or fly like symptoms.

Possible with irritable bowel syndrome or food Intolerance or nutritional deficiency or gastritis etc.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

Drink plenty of water and take soft diet.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
