Suggest Cure For Sickness In The Stomach Which Is Causing Tightness Of The Chest

For the past two days i have felt a severe tight, burning pain in my chest alll the way up to my neck. I was vomiting grey. I assumed it was acid reflux, but i am unsure because my heart is racing and my ankles are swollen. I cant lean back or lay down because the pain gets worse and i feel nauseous. I have tried taking tums, omeprazole, and drinking milk. nothing is working. what should I do?

Hello,

How old are you? Male or female? It is possible that coronary artery disease with heart failure or acid reflux with renal failure. So you may get it done blood urea, serum creatinine and ECG and echo.

If necessary upper GI endoscopy may require. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
