General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to food poisoning. I recommend avoiding food for the first few hours as your stomach settles down.

Drink water, broth, or an electrolyte solution, which will replace the minerals that you lose with vomiting and diarrhoea.

Eat when you feel ready, but start with small amounts of bland, nonfatty foods such as toast, rice, and crackers.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
