Suggest Cure For Sickness In The Stomach

I have been throwing up for the last 24hrs. I have also developed dioreah today. I cant even keep small sips of water down. I have had some chinese anti sick medicine but it does not seem to be working. I am getting a bit concerned as I must be quite dehydrated. Not sure what I should take or do. I have just been laying in bed trying to rest. Rachael
