Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

He may be suffering from acute gastroenteritis or food poisoning. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Sporlac thrice a day for five days. Use tablet Ofloxacin and Ornidazole twice a day for five days. If symptoms don't improve, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
