Hello,

Usually, hunger pains may be associated with a bowel movement. Other possibilities like irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems or food intolerence etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. No lubricant means usually lack of water intake or bowel infection or constipation etc.

Drink plenty of liquids, avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
