Suggest Diet And Exercises To Lose Weight

I undergone tahbso last Dec 12, 2011, its been a week , I already worked in our office at home. I also want to get some healthy exercises because I am overweight I. I'm 40 yrs old, 88 kls i weight. Can you suggest some food diets, and exercises I may take?

The best exercise is 30 minutes walk plus follow a diet plan, then you will see the results. For weight loss its necessary to control your portion size of whatever you are taking. Also avoid junk food, carbonated beverages, packet juices and packet chips.
