Suggest Diet And Exercises To Reduce Belly Fat.

I am 22 years old,my weight is 87 Kgs and Height s 5.8.I am having big belly ..How can i reduce by tablets.am doing excercise but no use.as iam woking in IT ,have no time to excercise.Please advice to reduce my belly pot and weight,thank for your help.

To reduce and maintain weight you need to take care for two things:

First, your daily calories intake should be less than the required at that specific age.
Second, you need to perform light exercise on daily basis along with taking healthy food.
Fruits and vegetables are low in calories & at the same time are packed with vitamins, minerals and fiber. Not only refreshing, but they also help in improved digestion and keep you full. Whole pulses and cereal grains are packed with quality fiber, and maintain satiety for longer hours.

Avoid:
> Chocolates
> Oily/fatty food
> Fast Food

Pills are the last resort. They do reduce weight but at the same time they also causes harm to the body. So i would suggest you to go with above two steps.
By combining above mentioned steps you will gradually loose weight BUT keep in mind that reducing weight is a slow process. You need to remain persistent.
