Suggest Diet And Medication For FSGS And Brain Tumor Patient

Hello doctor, My mother is 49 years old. She is suffering from FSGS and brain tumor. Now a days she is showing following symptoms: vomiting, loose motion, loss of apetite, abdomen pain and bodily swelling from last 4 days. Please suggest medicine and diet for her. Presently she is taking ramace and dytor.
