Suggest Diet Chart Mentioning Calorific Food

beg your pardon to disturb you......will you let me know about a good diet chart mentioning calorific foods.i am 19 yrs old.i am around 6ft tall and my weight is 68 kg....i joined gym recently...sugggest a brief food chart if possible...am eagerly waiting for ur kind reply.thank you SASWATA ROY FROM INDIA

If you are from India, perhaps you are missing some best classical foods in any State including Bengal. It's sufficient. These are sufficient.
In general, Chyavanprash Avaleh (simple) is another complete diet if taken with Cow's milk. If cow milk doesn't suit, any fresh milk. It's proven that these and classical, traditional foods are complete diets.

Hope it helps.

Still needs blind following of so called artificial balancing of food, net is full. Or get some experienced dieticians services. Spending of calories and intake of calories can't be measured by common man. I bet it. It's pure guess.
