Suggest Diet Chart To Be Followed After Being Diagnosed With Dispepsia

Hi I was diagnose with Dispepsia 2/25/2014. Doctor prescribed Omeprazole 20 mg once a day. My question is What kind of foods should I eat, meats, vegetables, fruits and pastas. Is Chicken soup ok? almonds, milk, oatmeal, I would like a list of foods. Also do you know it there is a website for Dispepsia recepies? Thank you ER

Normally it is best to avoid the use of spicy/ acidic/ fatty/ fried foods. In addition some persons experience symptoms with the use of chocolates, mints, onions, tomatoes.

There is no particular website for recipes in dyspepsia , it mainly just consists of avoiding the foods mentioned above. In terms of the foods that you mentioned, you would avoid acidic fruits but the others can be used.
