Suggest Diet For Being HGSag Positive

Dear sir,



I am jegan, from tamil nadu india.age 34, height is 167 cms. i have tested my blood and got hgsag posistive before 6 years back. Now i havto test again.Pls advise what type of food to be taken to clear this and i have drink habit due to that there will be more problem will happen. Kindly give your answer

Hi thanks for asking question.

HBSag positive patient usually remain life long positive.still following are some instructions for you.....

Take more green leafy vegetables.

Avoid refined food and sugar.

Cutt of oil in diet.
Use only good oil for cooking like sunflower oil or pea nut oil.

More fruits.

Avoid trans fat food like cheese, butter, chips, meat etc.

Regular exercise done.

If overweight loose weight.

Avoid smoking and alcohol.

Cumin seed with milk or papaita seed with lemon juice can be taken daily.
