General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Eat a fiber-rich diet. Foods containing flavonoids like apples, celery, cranberries (including cranberry juice), onions, garlic, and tea may stop the growth of H. pylori.
-Avoid high-fat foods.
-Drink plenty of liquids
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help, thanks!
