Hello!

Firstly, let me tell you that the lifestyle issues your daughter is dealing with are among the most commonest in the world. I myself, have often dealt with procrastination, laziness, inactivity, and addiction to television.

Your daughter, thankfully does not seem to have any medical condition.

Secondly, all these problems are easily dealt with, with the proper motivation. Help her exercise by exercising with her, yourself. Make rules about television timing and study timing. Take her to a nutritionist that will make a healthy diet plan for her and help her realize that eating less doesn't always lead to weight loss and when it does all the weight usually comes back. Help her become less self-conscious by encouraging her to participate in group activities with strangers, such as volunteer work.

I hope this helps her get on track to being the best person she can be.
