Suggest Diet For Sgpt 95 And Sgot 74.

Dear Sir,
My sgpt is 95.0 IU/L & SGOT is 74.0.
Bilirubin Total is 1.0mg%
Billirubin-Direct is is 0.4mg%
Serum Urea is 34.0mg/dl
Serum creatinine is 1.32 mg/dl
Please suggest me diet details .

It probably isn't relevant. The main issue is why the liver is irritated. Blood and liver imaging would be important to find what is going on with the liver. There are many possibilities.
AND.... if someone is fat and/or diabetic and has fat in the liver which is irritating it, then eating less and exercising more is curative.

but not a bit in any other liver abnormality (gallstones, tumor, hepatitis, alcohol, parasites... won't be helped by diet).
