Hello,
I am 22 years old,female,height 5'1'',weight 52kg. Due to my work and studies,I do not get enough time to do exercise also most of my time spent by sitting. I do not eat junk foods,avoid meats,do not drink,eat fishes and vegetables most of the time,take tea in the evening. but still I have got over weight and belly fat.
I want to loose my weight to 45kgs. What type of diet planning can make this weight loss. I have watched few answers on weight loss and with proper planning,hopefully it will be possible within few months,can you help me out here?
