Normal Range of ESR for age more than 50 is 20 mm/hr in Westergren method Normal value ranges may vary slightly among different laboratories. Talk to your doctor about the meaning of your specific test results. In India trusted lab is accredited by NABL National accreditation Board for Laboratory. An abnormal ESR may help with a diagnosis, but it does not prove that you have a certain condition. Other tests are almost always needed.
