Hi I can understand your concern.
Here I am giving the best suggestion to you.
Encourage your husband and boy to Take lots of water and more fruit juice like orange juice.
Take green leafy vegetables.
Take papaiya or its juice.
Take protein rich diet like egg, chicken , pulse.
Make your house clean.
And ya you can use oil .but use little.
Avoid excess of it .
Don't worry.
They will be alright with the time.
Ready to help you for further concern.
