doctor stopped my anticholesterol drug one month ago and suggested for LFT.after one month previous controlled cholesterol has become high without drug.tot choles-230,triglyceride-258,hdl-41,ldl-138 .in LFT TEST all parameters are normal there(TOT BILIRUBIN- 0.6 )but sgpt is 141 and sgot is 98. he continued stopping fibator 5 and advised walking regularly, also advised hepatitis b, hepatitis c test,and a usg of upper abdomen. hepatitis b , c are negative. usg report still not got. what will be my diet ? I dont have any addiction to alchohol.

Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.
It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day
