Consume low calorie, low fat , low
carbohydrate diet +Exercise .
Take small meals , eat the right portion of cereal, dont consume large quantities.
Avoid sources of fats like butter , ghee, cream, cheese, fried foods, processed foods and starches like potatoes, yams, refined cereals. as they are dense in calories.
Include vegetable salads in every meal,enjoy at least 2-3 servings of fruits daily.
Add healthy
proteins in your meals as it gives you feeling of fullnes.
Dont be stressed take out time and relax .
