I had heart problem on March 2, 2014. Doctors gave me a successful SK and my PCI to LAD done on next day. Despite my best efforts i could not resist my smoking habit. My medical prescription is as follows: Tab. Lowplat plus 75/75 (one in morning) Tab. Lipiget 20mg (one before sleep) Tab. Ramipace 5mg(one before sleep) Tab. Merol 25mg (1+1) Now my recent tests shows that my Triglycerides are above normal 237( Normal value is 80-150) and HDL Cholesterol is Below normal 34 (( Normal value is 35-55) My questions are: How i can control Triglycerids ? Should i change medicine? What type of diet plan or food items i should avoid? Shuja ud din YYYY@YYYY
