Suggest Diet Plan To Decrease Body Weight In Females

hi i am female 23, 5;;4 and weigh 68 kg well as i have tight work schedule and i hev started putting a lot of weight ,, i dont get time to go to gym and i hardly do any physical activity throughout the day , my breakfasts is moderate and i have heavy lunch ,, and my dinner is sometimes heavy and sometimes its light,, i love food and i reallly try very hard to avoid outside food but i cant help it,,,, what would you suggest me about a good diet plan which i can continue even with working

The best habit to follow the diet is "Break fast like king, lunch like queen, dinner like beggar " this is very common practice being adopted, you can have balance diet, cut down calorie, yoga meditation, exercise would be very good for better health, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
