Suggest Diet Plan To Reduce High Triglycerides

went to my dr and she told me that my triglycerides are to high then she ask me what i changed in my routean eating my last blood test was 121 high this report is 215 and told me it was to high i told her the only thing i changed was eating oatmeal and a class of milk and a little honey on top yes i thought this breckfast was good for you please help me on whats a good breckfast

You didn't mention your age as it is very important in this case.
Serum triglyceride is 150-500 mg /dl ( 500 very high ).
Serum triglyceride are a type of fat in the blood . When you eat, your body converts any calories it does not need into triglycerides, which are stored in fat cells. High triglycerides are associated with several factors , icluding over weight , eating too many sweets oe drinking too much alcohol , smoking. being sedentary ,or having diabetes with elevated blood sugar levels.
So as mentioned above take your breakfast as mentioned .
