You need to see a doctor and get your thyroid level adjusted. There is no way you will be able to lose weight until you get your thyroid function normal. Actually, you will lose weight once your thyroid is working appropriately. The bleeding is also caused by thyroid deficiency. You should also be screened for thyroid antibodies and diseases.
I would recommend seeing a doctor to get a higher dose of thyroid medication. Your TSH should less then 4.5, therefore you have a way to go. Once your thyroid levels are normal, you will stop bleeding, your will have more energy, and you will lose weight. You will need lifelong treatment, and probably increase dosage over the years. You will also require increased dose with pregnancy. Low thyroid levels can cause heart disease, colon and stomach issues, infertility, menstrual dysfunction, increased susceptibility to infections, and osteoporosis.
