Suggest Diet Plan To Relieve Severe Stoamch Pain Below The Chest While Working On Night Shift

Hi i m 29 old working night shift continuously. I m eating chappatti in morning and rice in night.for last 10days i have severe stomach pain just below the chest .after i take some food or snacks is ok for next 3 to 4 hrs again have pain and also very difficult to go toilet.pls advise . Tx

Hello there..

Your problem is probably Gastritis which is very common with less sleep in night.
Also from your history, I presume that you dont take frequent meals which in another way precipitates pain due to acid acting on empty stomach.

If you have frequent night shifts, you should avoid tea and caffeine during your shifts, and make sure you take frequent small meals which are less spicy and oily.
