Hi
As you are saying your baby is absolutely breast feed for 5 months , you can start semi solid food.first start everything after smashing.start raghi malt , fruit juices and slowly smashed banana.after 6-7 months you can start kichidi, rice dal & vegetables all kooked and make it semi solid.after8 months you can start solids slowly.start accordingly as your baby acceptance.nothing to worry.slowly they wil adjust.
Thank you
Vasundhara
