When you are taking blood thinners like acitrom, you need to limit intake of Vitamin K rich foods in your diet. Some examples of Vitamin K rich foods are as follows:

1. Dark green leafy vegetables like spinach, amaranth, fenugreek leaves, colocasia leaves, mustard leaves etc.

2. Cauliflower, cabbage, tomatoes as soups or tomato based gravy dishes, tomato ketchup, sauce etc.

3. Mustard oil and soyabean oil.

4. Soyabean, dry lentils

5. Fruits like plums, dried prunes, grapes.

Rest of the foods can be included in daily diet. Yes you can have chicken safely. Cereals have a low content so no need to worry about which cereal to consume.
