Suggest Diet Plans For High Uric Acid Levels And Puss Cells In Urine

My mother is having a high esr,it is 84 mm,she is 55 years old,she is a diabetic patient,she also suffer from high bp and high cholestrol level,she has pain in her knees and also in her left kidney,her reports says rhat there are pus cells 4-6 /HPF in her urine and its ph is 5,her uric acid is also out of normal range ,it is 7.6 mg/dl.she is taking medicines,kindly suggest her a diet plan to decrease the above rates. I shall be very thankful to u for this act of kindness

As she is diabetic np problem and uric acid raised levels. She need to have low cholesterol, fat diabetic uric acid restricted diet. She need to have small and frequent meals no non veg as they increase uric acid. Milk without sugar. Can take curds or paneer either of them.no Dal's regularly. No sprouts regularly. Need to avoid citrus fruits. Can have apple or guvava only.use boiled spinach and fenugreek. Avoid cabbage.no channa also. Avoid soy products. Can have ridge gourd,bottle gourd, bitter gourd. Onion ,potato. Can take puffed rice. No juices at all no tofu. If provided with weight and height would have counsel better
