Suggest Diet Plans To Reduce Weight

Hi, I am 33 year-old-female. I am healthy and maintain a good lifestyle. I am 5'3" and weigh 66kg. I need to lose about 10 kg. I go to the gym but not regularly. Please advice on my diet and what should be the target time to shed off the extra weight.

Hi.
Its a good thing that you're going to the gym, even though it isnt regular. you can keep your diet in check. start by avoiding fried and fatty foods. have proteins but only the minimal level required by the human body. keep a check on your breakfast. do a hearty breakfast early in the morning and make sure dinner is light. dont forget to have fruits whenever you feel hunger pangs.
