Hi I am 26 years old female, not married yet. 79 kg weight, height 5.6 inches, having hypothyroid problem & menstrual irregularity issue. Gaining weight day by day. want to lose weight so having boiled moong dal on daliy basis with some salad in lunch. please let me know if it does not affect negatively. Having heavy breakfast like milk moosly, daliya etc. and doing exercise daily. In dinner am having daliya, salad,poha,upma. but still not reducing weight. please help me out in this :(
