Suggest Diet To Cure Calcium Deficiency In Infants?

Hello Sir,
Myself Manikanta, my child of 15 month has got scales like strips or cracks on all the nails of legs (both)......there are no strips or cracks on finger nails but few white dots on two fingers......when we consult a doctor he said may be calcium deficiency......what are the foods we can feed more to get out of deficiency for the baby child....

Thanks for the query.
Regular sunlight exposure can prevent vitamin D deficiency.
Add nonfat powdered milk to cereals (hot and cold), soups, gravy, baked goods, or casseroles.
Use nonfat milk in place of water in recipes (pancakes, pudding, hot cereals, and mashed potatoes), and having yogurt dips for vegetable and chips.

This will help you for calcium intake.
