Suggest Diet To Enhance Weight

Oh this would be great. I am not a wonderful eater but I like the same foods. Every morning I have porridge, rasperries and some soya milk. I also enjoy turkey and pasta with tomato sauce. I make myself eat some fish but I do not enjoy it very much. I do not like red meat. I haver never been a good eater and I am now 69 and slim. I would like to know if the foods I eat are not good, or whether I should make myself eat other things. YYYY@YYYY

Hai,
as your weight is moderate one. i dont have your height to calculate BMI.

as you feel good health physically as well as mentally. no need to go for weight gain.
follow a healthy lifestyle to be physically fit.
what you are taking is obvious good.
add more vegetables and fruits to fulfill the micro nutrient need for your health.
avoid taking frequent fried, junk food, high fat containing food. take once in a week or twice.

being slim and physically fit is more important than weight gaining.
