Suggest Diet To Increase Energy Levels

I am 85 and run my own home but love to have an afternoon nap and feel I do not get enough done, it makes me feel lazy and need a push. I would like to know the foods I should be eating every day so I can get all the jobs done that I really want to do. I would like to have all my carpets torn out and hardwood flooring put in and some new chairs etc. etc....... the problem seems to be I have already booked for us to fly to the west coast to have xmas with family and then drive down the coast with family and spend the winter months. I spent two months at our old lovely summer cottage in Quebec so find I don t have a lot of time at home to get the things accomplished that I would like, if I wasn t so tired and napping in the afternoon I could do the interesting things that I want to do.
