Suggest Diet To Keep Body Weight In Control

Hello. I m a 73-year-old female with MS since I was in the service at 23. I ve been following all known exercises and foods and diets since then, but am always wanting to know more. I keep my weight down, but what are the best foods I should eat all the time? (I m a veggie (I DO eat chicken breast, [no dark meats]) and do fruits and veggies. I m looking for snack items or small meals. Thanks, Jayne

Hello,

I suggest a few tips for your diet
1. Don`t avoid breakfast try to have fruits like apple or banana and nuts like almond along with your breakfast.
2. Add a few Spinach with your breakfast as regular food.
3. Avoid oily foods, and as snacks, you can take boiled ground nuts, boiled corn boiled channa etcetera.
4. Reduce the intake of potatoes because it may increase your calorie.
5. Regularly continue doing your exercises and early morning walk will give you full refreshment.
