When there is too much of heat in the body, it can lead to boils and pimples. Avoid too much of oily, and spicy food especially red chillies, pepper in your diet. Avoid spicy curries with garam masala, chilli powder. Avoid eating junk foods like pizzas, burgers, fried noodles etc. Limit intake of nuts and dried fruits.
If non-vegetarian, cut down on your intake of mutton, chicken and eggs.

Include foods which have a cooling effect on the body like mint, cucumber, curd, water melons and drink plenty of fluids to prevent heat build up like coconut water, buttermilk, cold milk besides plain water etc.

Eat simple and easily digestible foods like steamed idlis, curd rice with plenty of salads. Hope this will answer your query.
