Suggest Diet To Reduce Belly Fat

Hi, I am a computer operator and all day i work in computer sitting on chair may stomach is too much flaby. I want to reduce by help of fruits, and medicine is there any. and sit up is best for me or not. I am 26 Years old and my weigh about 90 kg and medical history is normal.

Frankly speaking there is no medicine to reduce belly fats. Sitting continuously for long hrs is a major cause of this problem. However some stretching may even be done while sitting on chair as well as walk inside your office room off and on whenever possible.

Your diet protocol is very important. Taking high roughage diet and low caloric food will help you. Also deep breathing for at least 10 minutes daily to start with and fresh air walk for 30 minute at a stretch is useful.

Some medicine which evacuate the bowels properly and help regulating the itch for repeated eating will control your longing for extra food, junk etc. Hot water boiled with some daily use herbs such as ginger, pepper etc. if drunk daily also sheds some fats. Similarly purest asafoetida, mixed with Ajwain seeds and black salt, if taken with such hot water, will further reduce little fats.

In any case fats on belly comes the first, goes the last.
