hi
thanks for asking
i would like to suggest that there is no such natural diet which reduces pus formation.........you should do the following in order to heal the surgical site infection

1) good oral antibiotics like moxifloxcin 400mg once daily

2) thorough wash of wound and whole body with antiseptic soap and water

3) opening of wound and removal of stithes

4) dry packing of wound twice daily

and consult your doctor who performed surgery for removal of stithes and wound wash
I find this answer helpful
