Suggest Directions To Use Misoprostol For Abortion

My name is Billy I am 24 years old, my body weight is 54, I need ur help. I discover that I have pregnancy, which I saw my menstra period 30th of March to 3rd of April & which I suppose saw it on 27th of April according to my menstra cycle which I it once &small that day, since then I didn't see it & I took Gynaecosid on 30th of April &don't see it till 8th of may which is once and small. Now I've went for ultrasound test which indicate that I have pregnancy of 48days mean 6weeks and 6days. The report of the ultrasound indicate that "Bulky uterus containing a single sac with a fetal pole" it is adviseable for me to take 12pills of misoprostol orally to do the abortion can I use it. Pls help me out or forward it to me on YYYY@YYYY

Understand your concern
Yes you can use misoprostol orally to induce abortion. It should be taken under the observation of gynecologist to prevent complication and failure risk.
As you had USG scan suggest intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week, you can safely use abortion pill.
Following is directions of use:
800 UG (4 TABLET ) take orally (should be put under the tongue and keep it till it dissolve up to 30 minutes) under observation.
If needed another 2 dose of 800 ug should be taken at 6 hour interval.
Bleeding will start with in 4-6 hour after using last pill and last for 4-5 days.
Follow up at 7th day and USG should be done after 14 days to confirm retain products. Rest for 48 hour, healthy diet with iron and vitamin supplements, proper pelvic hygiene should be advisable.
