Suggest Dosage For Crestor, Lisinopril And Plavix

In addition to what normally occurs in diet, my total daily zinc dosage by tablet is 32mg. I m a 71 yr. old athletic male who is trying to practice good nutrition. I also have CAD, two stints, take 30mg Crestor, 10mg of Lisinopril and 75mg Plavix daily. I work out hard daily with a variety of cardio, martial arts, and strength building exercises trying to be ideally fit. I ve heard rumor that supplementing zinc is now bad for you. Is this true? Your advise please and thankx. Roger, USMC, (Ret.)

glad to hear that you are young old man,so energetic.
anyhow in all these medicines decrease the dose of crestor,take only 10mg once daily at night.other doses are fine.regarding zinc : its all fine to take in this age rather any bad effects.your dosage is also ok.it will boost up your immunity,slow down the aging process and even slow down the degenerative changes in brain.so good to take.
