Suggest Dosage For Flucloxacilin For 9 Months Old

my 9 month old baby was prescribed a week's dose of flucloxacilin due to an infection in his bcg injection. His bcg injection was taken a few days after birth and has yet to heal. He is supposed to take 2.5ml four times a day, but i am unsure if its to be taken at regular intervals or just four times a day. can i give it to him at 8am, 12pm, 4pm then 8pm?
