Suggest Dosage For T98

My baby is 13 months , had 100.5f fever since today morning , have t98 n livocet twice . The last dose was given at 9.30pm , fever went down to 98-98f but the fever came back again hence have mefenamic Acid suspension but the fever still Shows as 100.4f . Can I give another dose of t98 now as its already 3 hrs of gap ? Or what to do for now ?

hi madam, welcome to HCG, i understand ur problem, paracetamo 125mg syrup 5ml thrice a day, morning, afternoon, and night, if fever comes again u can use one more time also, no need to worry, follow like these for three days, if fever doesnt gone, then start antibotics, use wet cloth on forehead if temp increases, hope u satisfy with my answer, thank u
