I take leapfrog in the am at breakfast for anti depression as a result of a heart attack and quadruple bypass back in May. I have Parkinsonism and the neurologist gave me Xanax to use for panic attacks as needed. If I m having a panic attack do I need to take food with xanax
Xanax contain alprazolam and is used as anti – anxiety medicine and for insomnia. Its common side effects are sedation, memory problem, confusion, hallucination, agitation and convulsions etc. Advice 1. Xanax 0.25 mg at bed time for 30 days. You can take it with or without food 2. Avoid tea & coffee in evening & night 3. Avoid alcohol and smoking especially in night 4. Avoid driving and swimming 5. Exercising for at least 30 minutes per day can improve your sleep Thanks
